Prerequisites
- The Pump.fun mobile app. Callouts live in the app, not on desktop. Get it from pump.fun.
- A Pump.fun account with followers. Your call goes to your followers, so an account with nobody following it earns nothing. Build this first.
- A funded Solana wallet if you intend to hold what you call. See our guide to creating a Solana wallet if you are starting fresh.
- A working understanding of bonding curves. Callouts are designed to surface coins early on the curve. Our Pump.fun guide covers the mechanics.
Pro Tips
Fewer, better calls win. With one call per six hours and a leaderboard that scores hit rate, a caller making four considered calls a day will beat one making four rushed ones. The system is designed this way on purpose.
Your followers are the asset, not the calls. Payout depends on people trading your call. No audience, no volume, no reward. Growing a following you have actually earned matters more than any calling tactic.
Do your own execution elsewhere. Calling a coin and trading it are separate jobs. If you want faster fills than the Pump.fun app gives you, our trading bots hub compares the Solana terminals on fees and speed.
You are competing with bots. There is already at least one automated callout agent operating on Pump.fun, built specifically to attribute volume back to a caller and farm the daily rewards. Assume the leaderboard is not purely human and price your expectations accordingly.
Nobody has published the pot size. Pump.fun has not disclosed the daily USD value of the fixed pots, so treat any earnings estimate you see elsewhere as invented. I am not going to give you one either.
Call responsibly. Your followers can lose money on what you call, and calling coins is not financial advice. Memecoins carry total-loss risk. A leaderboard position is not worth your credibility.
FAQ
How often can I make a callout?
Once every six hours per account.
What do I get paid in?
USDC, paid daily into your Pump.fun account.
How is my payout calculated?
Pro-rata based on your rank among callers, from fixed daily pots, driven by the trading volume your callout generated.
Do traders pay extra to fund these rewards?
No. Pump.fun states the rewards are funded from its own pocket, with no additional fees on users.
Does a bad call hurt my ranking?
The leaderboard scores hit rate, so consistently poor calls will hold you back. Pump.fun has not published whether there is an explicit penalty beyond that.
Do I need followers?
Effectively yes. Your call only reaches your followers, so an account with none generates no volume and earns nothing.
Is this on desktop?
No. Callouts run in the Pump.fun mobile app.
