BONKbot settings I’d start with
Here’s where I’d start on memecoins. Everything is in the Settings menu.
- Buy buttons: left at your normal size, right at the most you’d ever put in one coin, something like 0.1 and 0.5 SOL. A small right button is cheap protection against fat-fingering a big buy.
- Sell buttons: 50% and 100%. Once a coin has doubled, selling half takes your stake out and leaves the rest running.
- Buy slippage: how far the price can move against you before the trade cancels (our Solana swap guide explains it). Start around 10 to 15% on fresh pump.fun coins and nearer 5% on older coins with deeper pools. Too low and trades fail. Too high and you hand the gap to bots.
- Sell slippage: a bit higher, say 15 to 20% on fresh coins. A failed sell in a dump costs more than a failed buy.
- MEV protection: MEV is bots spotting your buy and trading around it. Turbo sends trades through Jito (paying validators to jump the queue) and protects you when that’s the fastest route. Secure always protects you, even if slower. I’d use Secure for most memecoin buys and only switch to Turbo if trades keep landing late.
- Priority: the fee you pay to get processed sooner. Pick Medium, High, Very High or custom. Medium is fine most of the time. Go higher on busy launches, but it adds up fast on a 0.1 SOL buy.
- Sell protection: adds a confirmation to every sell. Turn it on if you’ve ever sold by accident, leave it off if you need instant exits.
- Minimum position value: hides dust below a value you set, say $10, so your positions list stays readable.
- Auto Buy: I’d leave it off. With it on, pasting a contract address buys straight away with no confirmation. It isn’t a launch sniper either, because it only fires when you paste. Paste the wrong address from a scam reply and that SOL is gone.
What BONKbot is now: one wallet, several ways in
BONKbot isn’t only a Telegram bot any more. It’s one wallet and one set of positions you can trade from the main bot, five backup bots, the Telemetry web terminal and Telemetry Mobile. Send SOL in once and all of them can use it. The exception is Nighthawk, the launch sniper, which has its own wallet.

| Quick facts | |
|---|---|
| Fee | 1% of each successful swap, free to set up |
| Cashback | 5% to 25% of your fees on Telemetry trades, paid in SOL |
| Key storage | Non-custodial remote Signer, 2FA on withdrawals and key export |
| Lifetime stats | 452K users, $10.1B volume, 69.3M trades |
| Updated | 12 October 2026 |
Use the Telegram bot for small buys of coins you’ve already found and Telemetry for charts and cashback, and if you scan dozens of new pairs a session, compare Solana trading terminals or our Telegram trading bot rankings.
If you used BONKbot in 2024: what changed
Telemetry gives you a web and mobile terminal on the same wallet, and its trades earn 5% to 25% cashback. Nighthawk snipes pump.fun and Meteora launches through its own bot. Auto Strat saves take-profit and stop-loss setups, and the referral split is new.
The change that matters most is security. Your key now sits in a sealed Signer, and withdrawals and key export need a code from an authenticator app. If your old wallet still holds SOL or tokens, turn on 2FA before you move any more SOL into it.
BONKbot fees: what a trade really costs
BONKbot is free to set up, with no subscription. You pay 1% of every successful swap, so a buy and its sell cost 2%, plus network and priority fees you set yourself.
| Cost | Who sets it | What you pay |
|---|---|---|
| BONKbot fee | BONKbot | 1% of each successful swap |
| Solana network fee | The network | A small fee per transaction |
| Priority fee and any Jito tip | You, in priority and MEV settings | Goes up as you pick High, Very High or a custom amount |
Say you buy 1 SOL of a coin and later sell it for 1 SOL. That’s 0.01 SOL each way, 0.02 SOL in total, before network and priority costs. At the top Telemetry tier, 25% comes back, leaving 0.015 SOL. On small trades the priority fee can cost more than the 1%, so check what your settings add.
Telemetry cashback tiers
Cashback is part of your fees paid back in SOL, claimed inside Telemetry. Trades in the Telegram bot don’t earn it. The full rules are on BONKbot’s cashback page.
| Tier | Cashback | Fee after cashback |
|---|---|---|
| Iron | 5% | 0.95% |
| Bronze I / II / III | 10% / 10.5% / 11% | 0.90% / 0.895% / 0.89% |
| Silver I / II / III | 12.5% / 14% / 16% | 0.875% / 0.86% / 0.84% |
| Gold I / II / III | 17.5% / 20% / 22% | 0.825% / 0.80% / 0.78% |
| Platinum I / II / III | 23% / 24% / 25% | 0.77% / 0.76% / 0.75% |
Your tier comes from your trailing volume plus your direct referrals’ Telemetry volume, and your own volume counts 5x. Your own volume counts from every BONKbot product, Telegram included, even though only Telemetry trades pay cashback. BONKbot doesn’t publish how much volume each tier needs, so check where you stand inside Telemetry. If you trade small, plan on the Iron rate.

Is BONKbot safe?
With 2FA on, BONKbot is fine for trading money. What it won’t save you from is a fake bot or a coin that rugs.
Your private key is created, encrypted and sealed in a secure computing environment that neither BONKbot staff nor Telegram can see into. Every transaction is checked against a readable template you approved, so a hidden instruction can’t slip through, and withdrawals and key export always need your 6-digit 2FA code.
There is a gap. Swaps are auto-approved by default, so someone who takes over your Telegram could still trade your SOL into junk. Turning on Disable Swap Auto-Approve in Security Config closes it, because every swap then asks for your code. It’s slower on fast launches, but if you keep more than a small float in the bot, I’d take the extra few seconds.
None of this helps if you’re talking to the wrong bot. Only trust @bonkbot_bot and the backups listed in the setup steps. BONKbot admins never DM first and never ask for your key or seed phrase. The Signer will also sign a buy of a rug or a honeypot (a token you can buy but can’t sell) without complaint. Before you buy, check mint and freeze authority on a block explorer like Solscan, and if the pool is thin, learn how to read memecoin liquidity before you size up. Keep only trading money in the bot. Our everyday security habits cover where the rest should live.
BONKbot Telemetry: the web and mobile terminal
Telemetry is BONKbot’s web and mobile trading terminal, running on your BONKbot wallet. It adds proper charts and token pages. Discovery ranks trending tokens and shows whale moves and launchpad stats, and X-Ray has feeds for new launches and coins about to graduate, plus where the dev’s wallet got its funding. The wallet tracker shows when several wallets you follow buy the same coin. Limit orders and Auto Strat are here too, but both also work in Telegram, so the real reasons to switch are the charts and the cashback. Cashback and referral earnings are paid out together in one claim.
To log in:
- Type app.telemetry.io yourself rather than clicking an ad or a DM’d link, and pick Connect Telegram.
- Open Telegram when it asks, and tap Launch Telemetry in the @bonkbot_bot chat.
- Approve the web login confirmation in Telegram.
- Check that the address under Wallet matches your BONKbot wallet.
Add Funds gives you the deposit address and QR code. Withdrawals there are still marked coming soon, so cash out through the Telegram bot for now. I wouldn’t let that put you off, since it’s the same wallet, but Telemetry isn’t a full replacement for the bot yet. If you trade more than now and then, I’d place the trades in Telemetry just for the cashback: same 1%, and some of it comes back.
Telemetry Mobile is the same terminal on your phone: open app.telemetry.io in your phone’s browser and log in the same way. Other apps use the Telemetry name, so don’t search the app store for it.
Nighthawk: sniping pump.fun and Meteora launches
Sniping means buying a token in its first moments, before most traders can get in. Nighthawk is BONKbot’s sniper, and it works differently from the main bot:
- Message @nighthawk_bonkbot with /start. It’s whitelist only, so you share your Telegram ID and get approved through a BONKbot account manager or their Discord.
- Back up the Nighthawk wallet’s private key. BONKbot can’t recover it.
- Paste your BONKbot wallet address into Nighthawk to link the two.
- Fund both. The Nighthawk wallet pays for the snipe and the tokens, and your BONKbot wallet pays the fees when you trade them afterwards.
- Paste a pump.fun contract address or a Meteora pool ID (the pool’s address, not the token’s), then pick a snipe type or a saved preset.
Precision only fills at or below a maximum market cap you set, and it’s the safer pick for beginners. Besides the market cap limit and your buy amount, you set two risk amounts:
- Max loss: the SOL you lose if the snipe fails because the market cap ran past your limit.
- Fee and bribe: what you pay when the snipe lands.
Speed buys at any market cap. A bigger fee and bribe gets you a better spot in the queue. Speed is pretty risky: you pay the bribe whether you land it or not, and most of these launches go to zero anyway. If you’re new, I’d stick to Precision or skip sniping altogether.
Many launches also have bundled supply, meaning the dev holds lots of wallets. Read how Solana launchpads work before you pay to be first into one.
BONKbot limit orders, trailing stop loss and DCA
All of these work in the Telegram bot, and limit orders and Auto Strat are also in Telemetry.
- Limit buy: Buy Dip buys when the price falls to your level, and Buy Breakout buys when it breaks above one.
- Limit sell: takes profit at a price, or works as a stop loss at a floor.
- Trailing stop loss: a stop that follows the price up and sells when it drops back by the amount you set. On coins that run, it’s the most useful order here.
- DCA buy and sell: splits one trade into smaller ones on a timer, with your interval, number of orders and slippage. Handy for getting out of a thin coin without crashing it yourself.
- Partial fills: large orders in thin markets fill in pieces instead of failing.
Auto Strat saves your exits as a preset. You can keep up to 3 strategies, each stacking up to 4 take-profit or stop-loss orders (stop losses can be fixed or trailing), and share one by link. It’s under the Presets tab in Telemetry and under Home > Limit Orders > Auto-Strat in Telegram.
BONKbot vs Trojan, Axiom, GMGN, Bloom and Padre
BONKbot and Trojan both charge 1% per swap. Trojan’s top Arena ranks pay more cashback, while BONKbot’s Telemetry tiers are simpler and top out at 25%.
| Tool | Where you trade | Fee per swap | Rewards | Stands out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BONKbot | Telegram, Telemetry web and mobile | 1% | 5% to 25% cashback on Telemetry trades | Quick chat buys, Nighthawk snipes |
| Trojan | Telegram and web terminal | 1% | 10% to 35% cashback by Arena rank, plus Gold from quests | Copy trading, Arena ranks |
| Axiom | Web terminal | 1% | SOL cashback by tier | Pulse new-pair scanner, wallet tracker |
| GMGN | Web terminal | 1% | None listed | Copy trading, token audits |
| Bloom | Telegram | 1%, or 0.9% through a referral link | None listed | Sniping, copy trading, AFK mode |
| Terminal (formerly Padre) | Web terminal | Not on its public site | Volume-based trader rebates | Pump.fun’s own terminal |
BullX switched trading off on 1 June 2026 while it builds a new version. If you left SOL there, check BullX’s own Discord and X account for how to get it out. Every bot we’ve reviewed is on our trading bots hub, and for an app-first, social option, look at fomo.
I trade on Axiom, so here’s where I’d draw the line. If you already know the coin and you’re on your phone, a Telegram bot is enough. Once you’re scanning new pairs all session, you want charts next to the buy button, and that’s where I’d use Axiom. Since the fees end up in the same range, pick on how you trade. If most of your trades are quick phone buys, BONKbot does the job, and Telemetry covers the charts without moving wallets.
BONKbot referral: how it pays
- Telegram bot: 30% of a referred trader’s fees in their first month, 20% in the second, then 10% for life.
- Telemetry: a flat 30% revenue share across three referral levels, paid in SOL and claimed with your cashback. BONKbot doesn’t say how the 30% is split between the levels.
The BONKbot links on this page are our referral links. The code in our links is ref_zdszt, and it gives you no discount.
FAQ
Is BONKbot legit?
It’s a long-running bot with public lifetime stats, and its fees show up in on-chain data. The danger is fake copies, so only use @bonkbot_bot and its listed backups.
Does BONKbot have copy trading?
Not automatic copy trading. Telemetry’s wallet tracker shows you what the wallets you follow are buying, but you place the trade yourself. If you want trades copied for you, look at Trojan or GMGN in the table above.
How do I withdraw from BONKbot?
Type /home in the Telegram bot to open the main menu and start a withdrawal there, with your 2FA code. Paste your own wallet address carefully and send a small test to any new address. Telemetry’s wallet page doesn’t do withdrawals yet.
Can I export my BONKbot wallet to Solflare or Phantom?
Yes. Key export needs your 2FA code, then you import the key into the wallet. These days I’d pick Solflare over Phantom, because Phantom feels slower to me (my wallet picks). Anyone with that key controls the wallet, so never paste it into a website or a DM.
Does BONKbot have a token or an airdrop?
No. There’s no BONKbot token or airdrop. The rewards are cashback and referral share, both paid in SOL. Anyone selling a “BONKbot token claim” is a scammer, and here’s how to spot fake airdrop claims.
BONKbot not working? Why trades fail
Usually slippage is too tight for a fast coin, or priority is too low on a busy launch. Check your positions first so you don’t buy twice, then raise slippage a little or retry in a backup bot.
